When members and coaches gather in the same space, a unique energy is created, encouraging open dialogue, brainstorming, and spontaneous discussions that may not occur in a purely digital format.

3) one on one- This type of interaction can consist of face-to-face meetings Via zoom, at an office, or a phone call; either way this meeting is private and between you in your coach.

4) Workshops- Similar to zoom learning but offered at a public setting.

5) Hybrid- This learning method is a combination of all the above methods and will allow you do understand the message being conveyed fully, because you'll hear a subject matter Multiple times and Multiple ways.
